Caitlin has more than ten years of experience in customer service. Her background includes helping opening a restaurant where she was in charge of daily accounting, human resources, payroll, and more. This helped her to understand both the employee and employer sides of business so that she can better serve clients. Caitlin graduated summa cum laude from Texas State University with a BBA in Management. Her problem-solving skills and eye for detail is key to her ability to serve as an advocate for HealthSure’s clients.
